INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

  • 1. The controller of personal data is FAGUMIT sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Wolbrom, ul. 1-go Maja 100;

  • 2. The data provided shall be processed in order to respond to the inquiries made using the contact form.
  • 3. The processing of personal data is based on your consent, i.e. Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR. Consent may be withdrawn at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing prior to its withdrawal. The processing of personal data is also based on the legitimate interest of the controller, i.e. Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.
  • 4. Your personal data may be made available to entities authorized under the law and entities providing consulting and legal services in relation to the Controller;
  • 5. Personal data shall not be shared outside the European Economic Area;
  • 6. Personal data made available in the contact form will be processed during the period of correspondence and additionally during the period of statute of limitations of claims, i.e. for the period of 3 years in relation to periodical and business-related claims, and in other cases for 6 years, with the periods expiring at the end of the calendar year. These periods may be shortened or extended where special provisions provide for a different period of limitation for claims in a particular case. Moreover, personal data may also be processed after the expiry of the periods provided for above, if there is a need to pursue possible claims or defend against such claims by the data controller - but not longer than to complete the proceedings in which the data are used;
  • 7. You have the right to request from the controller access to the personal data provided, to rectify, delete or limit the processing or to object to the processing;
  • 8. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, i.e. the Office for the Protection of Personal Data;
  • 9. The Controller shall not process personal data in an automated manner, including personal data not subject to profiling.
